Florida Seller of Travel (SOT)
Florida has strict Seller of Travel laws. Advisors must maintain their own SOT registration if they:
- Live in Florida
- Sell travel to Florida residents
PixiePort’s SOT covers the agency only. Independent contractors are not covered under the host agency’s registration.
